Californian ska punkers MAD CADDIES have confirmed an August 25th concert at The Academy. The band are touring the US and Europe this year on the back of their 5th studio album 'Keep It Going' and will stop off at Dublin ahead of their Reading & Leeds festivals appearances.

Kildare's Super Extra Bonus Party have confirmed a headline show at The Academy, Dublin on November 13th. Since winning the coveted Choice Music Prize, the band have toured the UK and Europe before recording their new album Night Horses which has been receiving excellent reviews.

London four piece Fightstar have confirmed they will stop off at The Academy 2 on November 5th during their upcoming UK tour.
Their current album 'be human' has been receiving serious recognition and they are set to play main stages at Reading & Leeds festivals this summer.

Fresh from supporting Elliot Minor last week the band will now give fans a chance to get up close and personal with them in the intimate surrounds of the Academy 2 on September 14th 2009.

Phantom’s monthly live music and indie club night, First Friday, is set to expand on July 3rd as it moves across the river to The Academy, to accommodate an ever increasing crowd.
Featuring some of the hottest acts on the Irish music scene, the past year has seen the likes of Director, Future Kings of Spain, Ham Sandwich, Autamata, Oppenheimer and Messiah J & The Expert take to the First Friday stage.

KEYWEST CONFIRM RETURN TO THE ACADEMY 2 FOR AUGUST SHOW

Keywest have confirmed a return to The Academy 2 to give fans who missed out on the last show a chance to see them live. Many fans were left outside as tickets sold out for their June concert.
